Although the practical sessions are similar at first glance, the format is unique as it awakens a real understanding of driver 'Motorvation' and behaviour, which is essential for influencing driver safety in a positive way. The program does this by explaining how driving is a function of two parts: Attitude (behaviour), and Action (practical knowledge). Understanding Attitude and Action leads to providing, for companies, schools and parents, safer drivers through proven performance results. Kia Motorvation exists only to create safer drivers and reduce crash risks, and we welcome independent research. Kia Motorvation is packed with surprises - about the over-estimation by most drivers of their own skills, and about overconfidence and risk-taking.
